No event is complete without a beautiful sign customised with YOUR photo and details of the special day!

If you’re reading this then you are probably in the process of booking a private event with us, how exciting!

It’s important to us that we are able to tick as many of your event management boxes as possible. So now we make it easy for you to order a custom sign that we will design, produce and bring along to your event on the day.

The process from here is:

  1. You select the options below so that we know exactly what your sign should look like;
  2. You fill in the text section with the details that you would like shown on your sign (ie. Sally & Mark 17/09/2023, Hudson Arlo Fisher – 9 December 2022)
  3. When payment comes through to us we will email you and ask you to respond with a photo to be used as inspiration for the artwork on your sign. We will communicate openly with you if the photo is not ideal and if we need to get more options from you;
  4. We will create a design and email you a proof;
  5. Once you have approved of the design, we will produce the sign;
  6. We will attend your event as scheduled and bring the sign with us, to place on an easel at the venue.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Once payment is received we have a strict no-refund and no-credit policy. If we receive payment from you, email you with a request for a photo and we do not hear from you with 21 days (or at least 14 days prior to your event, whichever is sooner), we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund.
